Tony Romo participates in individual drills for first time since late August theredzone.com Tony Romo won't be the starting quarterback when the Cowboys host the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday night, but the veteran quarterback was throwing at practice Wednesday for the first time since late August, Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News reports. Romo threw passes to scouting department assistant Miles Austin while the team stretched. He then participated in some of the individual throwing, working in behind rookie Dak Prescott and backup Mark Sanchez. Romo was moving around well, making throws on the run and showing good velocity on throws of 25-30 yards. When asked before practice about Romo returning to practice this week, head coach Jason Garrett said: "We'll just take it day by day. He's had some good days of rehab lately." ............................................................................... Tony just got into the kid's head ...only natural he tightens up a little . Tony knows what buttons to push .
